Cecelia is a family woman. Living, fighting and willing to die for her children, she treats each of her tributes as if they were her own children and therefore she is very gentle with each of them. She occupies herself with her family, not only because she is dedicated to them, but because she wants desperately to forget her own Games.

Game Strategy:

Another short Games, Cecelia is both a favourite and hated by the Capitol. A few days into the Games, she triggered an earthquake that the Gamemakers hadn't planned to set off for a few days more and it wiped out half of the tributes, bringing the final battle that day where she had a major advantage of surprise over her opponent. But she never forgot what she did,
