Personality:

Growing up in the mud and the fields of District 10, Peccary had learned how to fend for herself but she was needy and clingy to any friend that she could make. When she became Victor, she was so guilt-ridden that she fell into heavy morphling use and overdosed just after the 37th Hunger Games. 

Game Strategy:

With a wide knowledge of animals, poisons and a basic knowledge of how to use a knife, Peccary fought her way through with tricks and traps to fool the tributes into almost instantaneous deaths as she didn't want them to suffer as she had.
