Often mistakenly as happy-go-lucky and full of an energy he still had when he won the First Quarter Quell, he often tries to see the best in everyone and everything. He is very good with children and therefore is seen as a natural choice as a mentor. However he is haunted by his Games, hates his fortune and prefers the company of other Victors as they understand what he went through and anyone else doesn't.

Game Strategy:

Chosen because he was the son of the mayor and horribly spoilt, he did his research on why the other tributes were chosen and used their weaknesses to his advantage. Sneaking around and using the arena for his own gains, he killed tributes when they were at their most vulnerable, without the other tributes guessing it was the small boy from 9.
