Personality: 

Gruff and addicted to alcohol, he isn't the nicest person to be around but since Chiara's death, District 12 tributes haven't got much choice in who they want to mentor them. He is haunted by the memory of every tribute he has lost and particularly Maysilee Donner whose death he feels responsible for. He does not shirk away from his responsibility though and secretly hopes that this year might be the one.

Game Strategy: 

Moved from place to place, doing what he needed to, carefully avoiding anything and everything that was suspicious, which was everything. He became very observant and cautious of everyone and everything in the arena. Following Maysilee's death, he sought victory solely to avenge the girl he couldn't save. Discovering the force field gave him an unexpected advantage and victory.
