Personality:
Often joining Haymitch in his alcoholic sprees, Chaff drinks to forget and often leaps before he looks, meaning he can get himself into trouble fairly easily. A natural flirt, he often pushes his insecurities into his desires to see others' reactions to his behaviour. He is a smooth talker and used to be a charmer. However he is brusque and a very strong realist.
Game Strategy:
His Games were fast and very bloody. He knew he didn't have a choice in whether to run or to hide and with one of the shortest Games ever, at three days, he got the Game done over as quickly as possible, killing as much as he could no matter the price. Leaping before he looked, he failed to think of the consequences of killing which affected his mental state years later.
