Personality:

With a curious obsession animals that nearly killed her in her Games, Zibeline now runs a small zoo in District 8 that is free of charge. She is a natural teacher and loves to teach anyone about anything that they want to know, as long as she knows about it. She is gentle and kind, treating tributes as if they were her own animals in her zoo, sometimes a little patronising and overbearing but very caring and protective of them.

Game Strategy:

With her extensive knowledge of animals, she disguised herself using what was available to hide from the Careers. She also used the mutts to attack others rather than herself as the animal mutts still had the essence of the animal they really were. This way she was able to eliminate competition quickly and didn't have to do much of the work herself.
